CELS is a plac where foreigners can pratice and learn about the English program. Many students come to the English program and improve their skills abou the new language they are learning. But what i noticed is that they try to lose focus on what they should teach students. Their program is a good one even though it helps students about their real life at college. They keep students in CESL for nothing. Students do not have time to focus and get prepared for the TOEFL. This is what i noticed and it is a real problem for students. They should try to let students focus and learn skills about the TOEFL exam. The TOEFL exam is a difficult exam an we, as students, know what it is about. Teachers are already citizens and they don't mind doing what they are told to. They have to review their policies and approve a good program for the TOEFL class. I went for some TOEFL class but it was not interesting. I did not like the program. They really should try to change their program and stop bombing students with their stupids things like unnecessary chapters.

First, Facebook is a social security network that connects you to people around you or your area. As many other social networking sites do Facebook helps us connect with friends, chat with friends and other things. It has changed my way of living in that, i can use Facebook to communicate instead of using my cell phone. It saves money and is very helpful. It is one benefit of the technology that we have to experience, because in the future many people will rely on that. I actually have many friends that use Facebook, and we all communicate by that option. Today's generation is based on technology, and i have noticed that many teenagers are very familiar with Facebook but it is not common with the rest of society. we can communicate everywhere in the world with this kind of technology, and we actually love it. I heard some friends say that it helped him get a new girlfriend. It is incredible what social networking can provide to such individuals people like us.

Place where cell phone is hard to handle
Cell phones are very useful in today's world. It is part of technology and this development connects people all over the world. Even though they are useful to our daily lives, they still give some problems with cancer. There are many places where a cell phone may not ring. An example is at the airport, when you are ready to go to the plane, it is strictly prohibited. When the flight is already in the air, you are not allowed to turn on your cell phone because it may create some interference with the system of the engine. That is why people usually do not turn on their phone on the plane. Another place where we should not turn on our cell is at the hospital, especially in the surgery room, because it would disturb the doctor's concentration in doing the surgery on the patient. A situation where a cell phone went off and it was a huge problem, was in a business conference with another firm, and the power ran out. They lost the business and everything that went with that business, because the power ran out. The cause is the power ran out and the cell phone died. It was very bad and made people uncomfortable about what was going to happen next.

Technology
What advice would you give somebody who is going to shop online?
What should he avoid?
First, shopping online is one benefit of technology. In today’s world many people are used to shop online, because they do not have time to go to the mall and shop with their friends. It is a common habit that many people have adopted. But there is one problem that some people face when shopping online. Some of them get their credit card information hacked and lose their money. My advice will be, it is good to shop online, but do not trust any site that offers you shopping features, because hackers are very smart and can hack windows firewalls and get your information. Some of the best sites that we know and that most of the people like is eBay. They should also avoid giving their information to anyone. It is very interesting and offers many features. My last advice is about to not shop every time online because you can be the next target of hackers.

What would the ideal (perfect) cell phone be like?
Technology in our day is developing faster than we can imagine. Even in the less developed country it is still under progress. So a perfect phone will be like first, have a good shape. I mean a thin shape but good looking, second have a GPS navigation system. It should have a Bluetooth system that can receive pictures and sending pictures without cable. Another characteristics that it should have are it will be at the same time a smart phone and a cell phone. It will have too an auto human temperature detection that can recognize any person in its directory file, and a synchronizing voice system. If a cell phone does have all these kinds of characteristics I think it is going to be great for people to do many things with it. That would be the perfect cell phone. People will be able to use technology at a higher rate and benefit from it.
Characteristics
Bluetooth
Infra port
USB port
Smart phone: Windows vista / Windows XP
Synchronize Voice Recognition
GPS navigation system
Human temperature detection and an auto person recognition

Soil Erosion
Abstract
The topic of this paper is Soil Erosion. It argues that human all over the world should save our soil from erosion by adequate methods. There are two ways of stopping soil erosion. The first is about wind erosion and we have windbreak, ground cover and the second one is flowing water: counter ploughing and terracing. These methods are used to save soil from erosion.
