Abstract
The topic of this paper is elimination of medical mercury-containing devices. It argues that some medical programs have tried to eliminate medical mercury devices in most hospitals, and they should succeed in their plans. There would be three benefits to doing this. First, elimination of mercury devices in hospitals reduces the waste of mercury. Second, it protects the health of healthcare workers. Finally, it prevents spills of mercury.

My favorite things in YouTube
There are some websites on the Internet that are very useful. One of them is YouTube, which many people like. Indeed, I often spend one or two hours on YouTube. I prefer to watch movies on YouTube more than on TV channels. Also, I might find most movies, soccer games, and funny clips which I desire to watch. In addition, YouTube has many useful clips that help many different kinds of people. For example, it assists students to find some videos or clips about any information that students need. For me, I have used YouTube to help me to understand some points that I learned in Core Class such as global warming, ozone loss and pollution. YouTube has helped me to improve my English listening skill because I have listened to random English clips every day. On the other hand, because I like to watch sports, especially soccer, I have used YouTube to watch some goals and perfect opportunities in a soccer game when I can’t watch a match. Moreover, I have used YouTube to watch important events in the world that I don’t see in the news, especially about my country. Finally, I spend a lot of time on YouTube because I find everything that I need to watch there.

Laptop program for children
In modern life, a computer is one of the important things. So, everyone should own one, and he should learn it. Moreover, we know that childhood is the best period for learning. Thus, there are some programs in some countries either from governments or organizations that give one laptop computer to every child. This step assists in developing the child in computer use. Also, it contributes to making the child have much experience. Thus, when children grow up, they will be able to become experts of the computer. In my country, my government started the King Abdullah program four years ago. This program targets giving every student in elementary school one laptop computer. Today, most children in my country are able to use the laptop very well. On the other hand, a child must be under control when he uses the computer because the computer includes some immoral websites. Finally, we should encourage programs which give laptops to children because these programs contribute to improving the children.

Consequences Technology
Technology has many advantages that help humans to live easily. It contributes to improving the human life. Today, technology allows us to connect with our families and friends in any place and any time when we need. For example, there is Internet where people can chat with their friends around the world. Also, there are cell phones where people can call their families or friends in anywhere and at any time. These services contribute to reducing the worry and anxiety among parents when their children leave them, especially when they go to another country or city. In the past, when children had left their parents to study or work, their parents couldn’t connect with them. That made them to feel very worried about their children. But now communication ways assist to make the world like a small town. In addition, technology contributes to making life more comfortable. If we want to inquire in any company or bank, we can do that at anytime by sending e-mail or calling of customer services. In conclusion, technology contributes to making life very easy.

Cell phone in the future
Technology has improved since a few years ago. A cell phone is a modern technical device that most people have used. In the past, people just used a cell phone to call. But now cell phone has many applications that users can use. For example, some cell phones have a camera where users can depict their beautiful scenes, events, and everything in their life. A cell phone has applications like a computer does. Also, the cell phone has become very small and easily moved. On the other hand, most technological companies still try to improve their products of cell phone. These improvements include cell phone’s shape and application. In the future, I think that cell phones will be more interesting than cell phones are today. People will be able to see their friends when they call them. And callers can chat with their friends and families. In conclusion, a cell phone will replace a computer in the future.

Carbondale’s storm
I can’t forget the day that a big storm occurred in Carbondale. That day was Friday, May 8, 2009. When the storm began, I was outside my home. I went to the mosque, and I stayed there until the storm stopped. And then I came back to my home. I saw much damage that happened in roads and buildings. For example, many trees broke and fell on houses. Also, Carbondale’s residents lived in darkness because there was no electricity for few days. Most Carbondale’s residents left Carbondale to neighboring cities. However, many workers have been working to fix damage, and they worked hard to return Carbondale more beautiful than it was before storm. Today, the life in Carbondale has become normal, and most people here can do their work regularly without problem. Finally, I wish that I won’t see a storm in the future.
