abstract
YouTube should control its clips before they are released. This paper argues for the best ways to control those clips. First, YouTube should control its clips by making a fee for subscription. Second, YouTube should control its clips by making a partnership with many companies to manage clips. Third, the governments should have some degree of control over YouTube.
