Oil and Metro

Abstract:

Metro, the Washington D.C. public transportation system, should act to attract people to use its system. This paper argues for the best ways that Metro should use to encourage people to use its system. First, Metro should extend its capacity. Second, they should develop the Metro services. Third, Metro should make a great schedule for their passengers.
