Protect The Real “Mermaid”---Dugong

Abstract

The topic of this paper is the conservation of dugongs. It argues that how people can protect dugongs from extinction in the modern world. There are three methods for this argument. First, We can build the dugong protection area. Second, we can make a law to control the hunter and protect dugongs. Finally, the UN or Greenpeace should control countries’ marine military.
