Short summary:

In his article, Canty talks about the argument about people's view of the legitimacy of California's marriage clause. Some people say don't have to totally accept it in our daily live, but we can work to make some changes and support, claim and protect the special groups. Others supporting the clause think that it's difficult to override Prop 8, because it has been years since traditional marriages between men and women were legally protected.

Is the marriage clause good?

My opinion:

I think the marriage of same gender can be accepted. You can't say the love between people with the same gender is not true love, no matter same gender or not, if they have true love, they can get married as they want. In terms of same-sex marriage are unfit for the procreation, I think they can adopt a child if they really love children, but in my opinion, if two same-sex people have decided to get married, they must have already made up their mind that they don't want any children.

Summary:

Obama promised that he is going to help middle class families. His proposal didn't jobs however what he could do is to lower tax and offer loans. He mentioned that he is going to start running with small businesses. He make sure that those who cannot go to universities,are offered loans and have to pay back only after they get jobs. They can recover their by paying with installment.

Issues:

He is promising alot. Still there are many things that have not materialized and are not in progress. Are people being consulted with words? Is it kind of saying "it is easier to be said then done"?

Opinion:

He needs more works to be done to cover up his promising words for improving the economic status of U.S.A. However Obama's promise can soothe people as his first priority is on the economic renovation.

Short summary: This article is about a group of American who were arrested with Haitian children. Those children come from a church. According to American, they were trying to help those children by briging them far from the earthquake. But the Haitian government talk about illegal adoption and children traffic.

Would they really like to help those children?

According to me, if they wanted to help those children they would let the Haitian government know that they were about to take these children away.
