How About Sea Otters

Abstract

The topic of this paper is the problems and solutions of sea otters. It argues that human should learn what happens to sea otters and think of what they can to protect them. There are three points for this argument. The first is that humans should clean up the oceans easily and economically by collecting the garbage. The second is that humans can get them better and get much more information by investigation. The third is that humans should avoid discharging garbage and domestic waste into the sea.
